Our Process
The pre-treatment process is the crucial first step in ensuring your product receives the highest level of care.
Pre-treatment effectively removes old rust and paint, ensuring a clean foundation before applying a fresh powder coat. Once completed, media blasting can begin, further refining the surface. This essential process is used for fences, outdoor furniture, gates, and many other metal items requiring a durable, high-quality powder-coated finish.

Powder Coating
Our powder coating process is an excellent way to add vibrant, long-lasting color without risking scratches or damage to your product. We apply a dry powder electrostatically, then cure it in an oven at temperatures up to 400°F, ensuring a strong, durable finish. Unlike traditional paint, this environmentally friendly process won’t run, flake, or peel, providing superior protection.

Our Equipment
We're equipped to handle a wide range of jobs with efficiency, precision, and consistency. Our facility features a dedicated batch process designed for flexibility and high-quality results. We operate manual sprayers and full-size paint booths, allowing for simultaneous coating and faster turnaround.
For surface preparation, we utilize multiple specialized systems to ensure thorough cleaning and optimal coating adhesion. Our equipment includes a 6-foot rotary blaster and two continuous tumblers for efficient processing of standard parts. For more precise work and complex geometries, we have a manual sandblasting booth that allows for detailed, controlled surface preparation. We've also added a chemical wash bay for advanced metal cleaning and pretreatment. This system efficiently applies degreasers, alkalines, phosphates, zirconiums, and seals, with energy-saving features including exhaust heat recovery for water pre-heating and fan-assisted ventilation.
Our industrial curing capacity includes two ovens measuring 8 feet tall by 8 feet wide, accommodating parts up to 12 feet long. We've recently expanded our capabilities with an additional 25 foot long oven, allowing us to handle pieces up to 24 feet in length. All ovens reach temperatures exceeding 550°F for specialized bakes and heavy-duty curing when needed.
Together, this advanced equipment setup enables us to deliver high-quality, durable powder-coated finishes with maximum efficiency—meeting the needs of both large-scale and custom projects.
