Our Process
The pre-treatment process is the crucial first step in ensuring your product receives the highest level of care. This process includes a DI rinse, degreaser, iron phosphate, and sealer, all working together to properly prepare the surface before blasting.
By following these steps, pre-treatment effectively removes old rust and paint, ensuring a clean foundation before applying a fresh powder coat. Once completed, media blasting can begin, further refining the surface. This essential process is used for fences, outdoor furniture, gates, and many other metal items requiring a durable, high-quality powder-coated finish.

Our powder coating process is an excellent way to add vibrant, long-lasting color without risking scratches or damage to your product. We apply a dry powder electrostatically, then cure it in an oven at temperatures up to 400°F, ensuring a strong, durable finish. Unlike traditional paint, this environmentally friendly process won’t run, flake, or peel, providing superior protection.

Our Equipment
Professional Powder Coating operates with two distinct systems—an automated conveyor line and a batch system—offering an unlimited selection of color options to meet diverse project needs.
The conveyor line features a 2’x8’x20′ parts opening and is equipped with eight automated Parker Ionic spray guns and two manual spray guns. Designed for large production runs, this system includes a fully automated 4-stage pre-treatment process, a gel oven, and a dry-off & cure oven measuring 28’x26’x30′ for efficient, high-volume coating.
For more specialized projects, the batch system includes a 12’x12’x35′ Parker Ionic spray booth and a comprehensive pre-treatment process with a reverse osmosis rinse, degreaser, iron-phosphate sealer, and media blasting. This system also features an 18-hopper powder spray setup, allowing for quick color changes, and a high-performance oven capable of reaching 450°F for precise curing.
